Seeking 10 actors, ages 18+, for A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder at Kith & Kin Theatre Collective.
ABOUT THE PLAY:
When the low-born Monty Navarro finds out that he's eighth in line for an earldom in the lofty D'Ysquith family, he figures his chances of outliving his predecessors are slight and sets off down a far more ghoulish path. Can he knock off his unsuspecting relatives without being caught and become the ninth Earl of Highhurst? And what of love? Because murder isn't the only thing on Monty's mind....
When?
February 16th and 17th with callbacks on February 19th.
Rehearsals are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights, starting March 24th. Dates shift in the two weeks prior to opening.
Performs May 9th-11th, 16th-18th.
Where?
Auditions and rehearses at 5109 N 125th St, Butler.
Performs at Inspiration Studios in West Allis.
What to prepare?
Please prepare a 32-bar cut of musical theatre in the style of the show.
What to bring?
- Sheet music for your audition piece, marked with your audition cut. Our live accompanist will use this to play for your audition.
- A headshot and resume, if you have one. (If you do not have one, do not let this prevent you from auditioning!)
Principal roles will receive a $150 stipend. Ensemble roles will receive a $100 stipend.

Montague "Monty" Navarro
Handsome, clever, charismatic, vulnerable and endearing. Discovers he is in line to become the Earl of Highhurst, and intends to kill off the family that stands in his way.
